Internal Regulation

1. Purpose and Scope

1.1. To regulate the structure, duties and operation of the SDUTF Teaching Skills Board (SDUTF-EBK).

2. Structure

2.1. At least 10 faculty members, at least one from the Department of Medical Education. 2.2. Appointed by the Dean for 3 years. 2.3. The Board elects a chair.

3. Duties

3.1. Organizes a Teaching Skills Course at least once a year. 3.2. Evaluates related requests and feedback. 3.3. For each course, 5 members serve as the organizing committee.

4. Working Method

4.1. Meets at least once each semester. 4.2. Absolute majority required; decisions by absolute majority of attendees. 4.3. The chair may invite others (no vote). 4.4. Secretarial services by the Education-Training Chief Coordinatorship.

5. Entry into Force

5.1. Enters into force as of the date approved by the Faculty Board.

6. Execution

6.1. The Dean of SDUTF is responsible.
