Internal Regulation

1. Purpose and Scope

1.1. To regulate the structure, duties, and operation of the SDU Interprofessional Applied Education Board (MUEK).

2. Structure

2.1. The Board consists of the faculty's instructors. 2.2. The Board elects a chair and a vice chair from among its members and notifies the Dean's Office. 2.3. Members are appointed by the Dean for 3 years.

3. Duties

3.1. MUEK contributes to the applied training in the education program. 3.2. It organizes effective use of training environments and tools owned by the university. 3.3. With coordinators and departments, it develops course guides, proposes trainers, and organizes training. 3.4. It organizes learning environments, tools, and mannequins/simulators for the program. 3.5. It evaluates the place of applied training in health education and advises deans' offices. 3.6. It manages development of learning environments and quality/accreditation processes.

4. Working Method

4.1. The Board meets once every two months (2nd Wednesday at 12:30), online or in person, and submits decisions to the Dean's Office. 4.2. Absolute majority required; decisions by absolute majority of attendees. 4.3. The chair may invite others (no vote). 4.4. Secretarial services by the Education-Training Chief Coordinatorship; minutes by the MUEK secretary.

5. Entry into Force

5.1. Enters into force as of the date approved by the Faculty Board.

6. Execution

6.1. The Dean of SDUTF is responsible.
