HISTORY

The Süleyman Demirel University Department of Medical Education and Informatics (SDÜ-TEBAD) was established in 2007. The department has 8 faculty members serving through secondary appointment from various departments. SDÜ-TEBAD carries out work related to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of education within the Faculty of Medicine. Under the coordination of the department, courses on Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Measurement and Evaluation, and "Training of Trainers" are organized for faculty members.

Our Mission: To provide the education, research, and consultancy services required so that undergraduate and postgraduate medical education activities carried out in our faculty can be conducted in line with universal truths and contemporary principles, based on national and international knowledge and documentation, and to contribute to developments in the field of medical education.

Our Vision: To be an institutionalized department that embraces teamwork, follows national and international developments in the field of Medical Education, shares these developments with other departments in the faculty, and translates them into practice.
