Internal Regulation

1. Purpose and Scope

1.1. To regulate the structure, duties and operation of the SDU Faculty of Medicine Program Evaluation Board (SDUTF-PDK).

2. Structure

2.1. Relevant faculty members and staff. 2.2. Appointed by the Dean for 3 years. 2.3. The Board elects a chair and vice chair.

3. Duties

3.1. In line with accreditation, it audits the work of all boards in the undergraduate program, checks implementation of aims and objectives, controls plans, and recommends improvements. 3.2. It examines assessment results, analyzes success rates and feedback, and reports to the Dean's Office. 3.3. It communicates with equivalent boards at other faculties. 3.4. It prepares a Program Evaluation report as a basis for the self-evaluation report. 3.5. It examines models and gathers literature. 3.6. It maintains communication with other boards and the Dean's Office.

4. Working Method

4.1. Meets in January and June upon the chair's invitation. 4.2. Absolute majority required; decisions by absolute majority of attendees. 4.3. The chair may invite others (no vote). 4.4. Secretarial services by the Education-Training Chief Coordinatorship.

5. Entry into Force

5.1. Enters into force as of the date approved by the Faculty Board.

6. Execution

6.1. The Dean of SDUTF is responsible.
