Reserve Candidates Granted the Right to Transfer Between Institutions to Our Faculty Based on General Grade Point Average

FINAL REGISTRATION PROCESS

The candidates mentioned above must complete the final registration process by the end of business hours on 23/08/2024 (TODAY). Candidates who do not complete the registration process will be replaced by the next candidate on the reserve list.

NOTE: Documents required for final registration must be submitted in person to the departments where registration was made by no later than September 30, 2024.

CREDIT AND EXEMPTION PROCESSES:

- CANDIDATES WHO COMPLETE FINAL REGISTRATION MUST APPLY FOR CREDIT AND EXEMPTION PROCESSES VIA THE LINK SPECIFIED BELOW ON 20/21/22 AUGUST 2024 AND SELECT THE COURSES FOR WHICH THEY WILL BE EXEMPTED.

- STUDENTS WHO DO NOT APPLY FOR CREDIT AND EXEMPTION PROCESSES WILL HAVE THEIR CREDITS PROCESSED MANUALLY BY OUR FACULTY.

Upon logging in, students must apply through the Student Exemption and Credit Processes menu under Student Process Forms-Associate/Bachelor menu and upload the requested information and documents to the system.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FINAL REGISTRATION

In addition to application documents

1- Passport-sized photograph (2 copies)

2- A document showing no relation to military service from male students who have reached the age of 28

3- Student ID card from the registered university (When the student's file is requested, it will be returned to the relevant University)

4- A document showing there is no obstacle to the horizontal transfer (Library and Documentation Department Directorate, Health Culture and Sports Department Directorate, Faculty and School of Higher Education, etc.) materials recorded in the new registration (books, equipment, etc.)

5- Transcript and Course Content (Will be requested from students requesting course exemption)

6- If available, mandatory preparatory class/scientific preparatory class success certificate/exemption certificate
