Our Students Participated in TUMS Summer School in Tehran

Our students Ramazan Onur ALP and Kerem ÖZDİL participated in the summer school organized at the Faculty of Medicine and Hospitals of Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) and other units between August 12–26, 2022.

There is both the Mevlana Protocol and a Bilateral Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between TUMS and our Faculty.

During the summer school organized within this scope, our students were in observer status in the departments of internal medicine, pediatrics, anesthesiology, and ophthalmology.

They visited all of TUMS's educational and research units, hospitals, and animal experimentation laboratories spread throughout Tehran, including among them the Farabi Hospital, one of the world's largest and best-equipped eye hospitals.

During the time outside the academic portion of the education, our students had the opportunity to visit and see firsthand historical, cultural, and touristic sites of Tehran such as the Golestan Palace, the historic Tehran Bazaar, and the Milad Tower.

In addition to the quality educational environment they provided to our students, we would like to thank the entire TUMS family, from academic members to hospital personnel, accommodation unit staff, and liaison officers, especially Dr. Arman ZARGARAN, the International Relations Officer, and his team, for all the opportunities they provided.
