Being a Physician in the Pharmaceutical Industry Was Discussed During Career Days

The "Career Days – What Comes After the Bridge?" event organized for our Faculty's intern students was held on April 09, 2026, in the Conference Hall of our Hospital. In an event organized periodically to raise awareness about work areas after graduation, this year a theme was established in accordance with suggestions from our alumni regarding "information about working conditions as a physician in the pharmaceutical sector." Dr. Muhammed Akgül, who was invited within this scope and serves as a Medical Director in the pharmaceutical industry, shared with participants his career journey regarding the transition to the pharmaceutical sector after medical school, his personal experiences, and the advantages and challenges of his field of work. We extend our gratitude to Dr. Muhammed Akgül, an alumnus of Suleyman Demirel University Faculty of Medicine, and Dr. Osman Cinkara, an alumnus of Suleyman Demirel University Faculty of Medicine, for their valuable contributions in bringing us together.
