Attention to Students Who Have Earned Registration Rights to Our Faculty Under Supplementary Provision 1

Final Registration Dates: Faculty of Medicine August 15-16, 2022

Registration Location: Registration will be conducted online at <https://sis.sdu.edu.tr/oibs/hoa_app>.

Documents Required for Final Registration:

In addition to application documents,

1. Two photographs.

2. For male students who have reached the age of 28, documentation showing no military-related obligations.

3. For students transferring to Evening Education Programs, bank receipt showing payment of tuition to our University. (This will be submitted after the student number is obtained at the time of registration.)

4. Student identification card from the university where they are currently registered. (When the student's file is requested, it will be returned to the relevant University.)

5. Documentation that there are no obstacles to horizontal transfer (from the Library and Documentation Directorate, Health Culture and Sports Directorate, Faculty and School of Higher Education, etc.), and materials registered in transit (books, equipment, etc.)

6. Transcript and Course Description. (To be requested from students requesting course exemption.)

7. If applicable, certification/exemption documentation for mandatory preparatory class or scientific preparatory class.
