Süleyman Demirel University Faculty of Medicine — Human Resources Planning Policy Document

Our Faculty's human resources planning is carried out in a manner consistent with institutional objectives and in accordance with renewal and development goals.

Our Human Resources Planning Policy is determined and implemented taking into account:

• Süleyman Demirel University's 2021-2025 strategic plan,
• The workload analysis prepared taking into account the education, service, and research sub-headings,
• The 2019 National Document on Determinants of a Socially Accountable Medical Faculty in Turkey (Türkiye Sosyal Güvenilir (Hesap Verebilir) Tıp Fakültesi Belirleyicileri Ulusal Belgesi),
• The standards set by national and international quality assurance processes (the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health Medical Specialization Board [T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı Tıpta Uzmanlık Kurulu], the Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Medical Education Programs [Tıp Eğitimi Programlarını Değerlendirme ve Akreditasyon Derneği], the World Federation for Medical Education [Tıp Eğitimi Dünya Federasyonu], etc.).
