Republic Enthusiasm Celebrated with Sports: Double Success from the Faculty of Medicine
At Süleyman Demirel University, as part of the events marking the 102nd anniversary of our Republic, the "October 29 Republic Tennis Tournament" and "October 29 Republic Volleyball Tournament" were held. In the tournaments attended by academic and administrative staff and students from different faculties, sports, sportsmanship, and solidarity came to the fore.
The Faculty of Medicine drew attention with the achievements it obtained in both tournaments. The Volleyball Team consisting of students from our Faculty achieved great success by placing second in the "October 29 Republic Volleyball Tournament" where intense competition took place.
Additionally, in the "October 29 Republic Tennis Tournament", Assist. Prof. Dr. Esma Arslan, faculty member of the Department of Sports Medicine, successfully represented our faculty by placing second in the "Intermediate Level Women" category.
We congratulate all our participants for the performance, team spirit, and sportsmanship they demonstrated in these meaningful events organized in commemoration of the 102nd anniversary of our Republic; and wish for their continued success.
