2026-2027 Horizontal Transfer Announcement via Central Placement Score (Additional Article-1)
Pursuant to Additional Article 1 of the Regulation on Transition Among Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs in Higher Education Institutions, Dual Major, Minor, and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer, the required documents, application calendar, and evaluation procedures for students transferring horizontally to our University are outlined below. Applications will be submitted ONLINE through the specified address. Incomplete documents and applications that do not comply with the declarations will not be evaluated.

1-Student Certificate
2-YKS (University Entrance Exam) Result Certificate
3-YKS Placement Result Certificate
4-Transcript and Course Content (For Faculty of Medicine, to be uploaded during application)
ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS
Online applications will be made through the link <https://sis.sdu.edu.tr/oibs/hoa_app>. Applications by personal visit or by mail will not be accepted.
FINAL REGISTRATION PROCESS
Online registration will be conducted through <https://sis.sdu.edu.tr/oibs/hoa_app>.
NOTE: For final registration, the requested documents must be submitted in person to the units where registration was made no later than 26 September 2025.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FINAL REGISTRATION
In addition to application documents:
1- Passport-sized Photograph (2 copies)
2- Certificate showing no connection with military service for male students who have reached 28 years of age
3- For students transferring to Evening Programs, bank receipt showing tuition payment (Our University) - Payment will be made after obtaining the student number at the time of registration
4- Certificate stating there is no condition preventing horizontal transfer (Library and Documentation Directorate, Health Culture and Sports Directorate, Faculty and School of Higher Education, etc.) materials registered under relocation (books, equipment, etc.)
5- Transcript and Course Content (To be requested from students seeking course exemptions)
6- Success certificate/exemption certificate for mandatory preparatory class/scientific preparatory class if any
